DEEP IMPACT makes hair extremely soft and shiny right down to the roots, with deep-action, multi level repair treatment. Directions: After shampooing, dry with a towel. Apply DEEP IMPACT, leaving it on the hair for a least 3 minutes. Rinse with plenty of water.
