MERCHANDISE INSPECTION: The customer, upon receipt of shipment, should carefully inspect all merchandise. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt. Claims for package shortages or concealed damage must be made in writing to Lennox Trading’s Customer Care Department within five (5) days of delivery or any such claim is waived. RETURN GOODS PROCEDURE: Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization from Lennox Trading, LLC. All returns must be initiated within 30 days from receipt of goods. Contact our Customer Care Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, shipping address and proper return instructions prior to any return. All returns, including warranty returns, must be shipped to the location specified by Lennox Trading and all freight charges will be paid by Lennox Trading except for those where the product is not damaged. Freight collect returns will be refused. All returns, other than warranty and freight damaged items, are subject to a handling/restocking fee minimum 20% of the invoice price of the item.
